"Detroit style" pizza problem pans out

Makers of "Detroit style" pizza were concerned when the company that makes the blue steel pans considered essential for the pies moved from West Virginia to Mexico. While backlogged orders build up at restaurant supply companies, Eugene Jett of the Jet's Pizza chain found a Michigan manufacturer to make them after having the pans analyzed.
