Greece edges toward default after bondholders' offer is rejected

The threat of a Greek default increased after eurozone finance ministers rejected a debt-restructuring proposal that private bondholders said was their final offer. Ministers opposed a 4% coupon on long-term bonds that would be exchanged for Greece's existing debt.
