IMF's Lagarde urges European action against debt crisis

Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, said in a speech in Berlin that European governments should consider common euro-zone bonds and other financial risk-sharing efforts to resolve their sovereign-debt crisis. Lagarde also suggested that the size of the European rescue fund be increased. "The longer we wait, the worse it will get. The only solution is to move forward together," Lagarde said.
