Facebook official says network can't stop underage users

Huge numbers of children younger than 13 are using Facebook, and there's little that can be done to stop them, says Simon Milner, the network's U.K. policy director. Milner says it's largely up to parents to keep young children from using social websites. "We haven't got a mechanism for eradicating the problem [of underage users]," he says.
