Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may help stroke survivors, study finds

Stroke survivors in the "late-chronic phase" who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy experienced improvements in brain activity, and some regained lost skills, researchers in Israel said. The improvements remained in evidence two years after therapy ended. The 59-patient study was published in the journal PLoS One.
