Neb. NP studies exercise compliance in heart failure patients

University of Nebraska nurse practitioner Bunny Pozehl is studying how well heart failure patients adhere to exercise regimens to determine whether working with an exercise specialist helps. She says while working with a specialist may seem like an obvious benefit, it might not be enough to help heart failure patients, who can be fearful of too much exertion, establish exercise habits.
