Outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave long-awaited testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee today, choking up as she described the aftermath of the Benghazi attack. Officials had acted quickly to correct the failings that led up to the attack, Clinton said, and remained committed to promoting democracy around the world. "Nobody is more committed to getting this right," she said. "I am determined to leave the State Department and our country safer, stronger and more secure."
