H Block auction surpasses $200M without DISH bid logged

Round 3 of the Federal Communication Commission's H Block auction elicited an additional $18.5 million in bids, bringing the total to $221.3 million from the 23 bidders involved in 98 of the 176 licenses up for grabs. DISH Network has guaranteed that it will bid $1.564 billion for the wireless spectrum under an agreement with the FCC in which it agreed to waive some technical rules.
