Microsoft cites revenue gains from sales of Xbox, Surface

Microsoft says sales of its Xbox One consoles and Surface tablets helped drive an increase in revenue in its fiscal second quarter. Revenue was up 14% and net income increased to $6.56 billion. "We feel good about our results this quarter," Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood said. "We saw improvement in areas where we frankly needed to get better."
