Survey: 89% of family physicians say they are in good health

Medscape's annual physician well-being survey, which this year included almost 32,000 physicians in 25 specialty areas, found 89% of family physicians said they were in good health, 36% reported being happy at work and just 13% take more than four weeks of annual vacation. The 2014 survey found 48% of family physicians said they were overweight or obese, the second highest group behind general surgeons at 49%.
