TV screen is still tops for most viewers, TiVo survey finds

More than 75% of television viewers surveyed by TiVo said they were "primarily focused" on watching the TV programming, especially if they are watching "Game of Thrones" and other shows with complicated plotlines. In an online survey of 1,660 homes in October and November, 27% of respondents said they were searching for information on the Internet while watching TV, 7% were looking at social media websites, and 5% were perusing episode recaps and reviews.
