What does the fox on Capitol Hill say?

A red fox has taken up residence on Capitol Hill, sparking interest from staffers and even a Twitter account. Veterinarian Rep. Kurt Schrader, D-Ore., took the opportunity to make light of Washington politics. "I'd advise my colleagues and visitors to the Capitol grounds to avoid going near or touching the fox if they spot it, as it could have rabies," Dr. Schrader said. "On second thought, it's possible that it may have bitten some of my colleagues. That explains a lot." Animal control officials plan to capture and examine the animal.
