Cleveland Study Finds Voucher Program Overwhelmingly Religious

A study released yesterday by the nonprofit Policy Matters Ohio finds 99.4% of Cleveland students who receive taxpayer-supported tuition vouchers use them to pay for religious schools. The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments on the constitutionality of this issue on Feb. 20.
