Maryland To Post Standardized Test Scores

After a six-week investigation, the Maryland School Performance Assessment Program received good marks, officials said yesterday. Superintendent Nancy Grasmick delayed posting the results of school-by-school scores late last year because of unexplained "wild swings." The test scores are to be released Jan. 28.
