CMS grants EHR matching funds to four states

The CMS is providing four additional states with federal matching funds to help them administer Medicaid incentives for the meaningful use of EHRs. The grants consist of $900,000 for Alaska, $2.6 million for Kentucky, $1.48 million for South Carolina and $1.37 million for Wisconsin. The agency previously issued matching funds to six states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
