Employers crack down on tobacco use by workers

Many employers are becoming more strict about employee smoking -- with some forbidding employees to use tobacco even in their off hours. Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tenn., says it will no longer hire new employees who use any type of tobacco products, and workers will be tested for nicotine use. Critics say such policies infringe on personal freedoms.
