Initiative to connect military families with special-needs services

The Exceptional Family Member Program at the Fort Campbell Army base is aimed at coordinating services among other agencies and organizations to benefit military families of people with special needs. The pilot program was initiated by the families on the base, but it will receive funding from the federal government to better inform families and connect them with special services provided by the military and in the civilian community as well.
