Obama affirms commitment to health reform

President Barack Obama reiterated the cornerstones of his health reform agenda and vowed to work on legislative setbacks, saying, "there are things that have to get done." Speaking at a town hall meeting in Ohio on Friday, Obama said his health reform policy would put a cap on out-of-pocket medical expenses of consumers, restrict unnecessary medical tests, introduce electronic prescriptions and guarantee insurance for those with acute pre-existing conditions.
