GOP candidates see mobile as last chance to reach voters

GOP presidential candidates such as Mitt Romney and Ron Paul are using mobile ad campaigns this election cycle. Romney's digital director used Jumptap for geo-targeting, and more than one candidate has used Google AdWords "click to call," as mobile spending as a percentage of ad budgets ticks up toward 10%.
