Mobile app lets CPR-trained citizens help heart attack victims

A mobile application can alert CPR-certified people of nearby heart attack victims. Emergency responders in San Jose, Calif., will soon be using the PulsePoint app to broadcast the location of heart attack victims who need help. More than 150 agencies in the U.S. and abroad are looking into using the app.
