Wis. legislators to vote on restraint, seclusion measure

Legislators in the Wisconsin state Senate are poised to vote today on several education measures, including a bill that would limit the use of restraint and seclusion of students in public schools. Among other restrictions, the measure would ban certain types of restraint outright and would require schools to adopt positive-behavior supports for students. If approved, the bill will advance to the state Assembly.
