Calif. flight center offers flight training scholarship

In partnership with San Carlos Flight Center in California, the Upwind Summer Scholarship Program will pay for one high school student to get his/her pilot's license during the summer between junior and senior year, including ground school and supplies. The deadline to apply is Feb. 28; the recipient will be announced in March to begin training in April.
