NASCIO proposes federal IT policy priorities for 2013

The National Association of State CIOs has issued a list of policy priorities that the group thinks should be on the federal government's radar this year. These include data exchange, cybersecurity and an overhaul of policies on state IT grants, which the group says have been a key barrier to implementing enterprise IT at the state level.
