Pa. nuclear plant vapor creates snow during cold snap

Vapor from FirstEnergy's Beaver Valley nuclear plant in Pennsylvania turned to snow during a recent cold spell, according to Doppler radar images from the National Weather Service. The warm vapor from the plant's cooling towers interacted with ultra-cold air, which led to condensation, cloud formation and precipitation.
