Time Warner Cable has reoriented its organizational structure from a geographically based framework to one that's tied to its three business streams: residential services, business services and media services. Under the new structure, Bill Goetz, executive vice president of operations for the West, will become EVP and chief operating officer for residential services. Gerry Campbell, EVP for business services, will stay in that role until his June retirement, and Joan Gillman will remain as chief of media services. All three will be reporting to Rob Marcus, president and COO.
