U.S. trade agency voices "serious concerns" about EU ethanol duties

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative expressed disappointment regarding the European Commission's proposal to impose duties on U.S. ethanol entering the region. "We have serious concerns about certain procedural and methodological aspects of the investigation," said Nkenge Harmon, a spokeswoman for the agency.
