Straight-A students get letter jackets at Texas school

A Texas high school is rewarding honor roll students with letter jackets -- once reserved only for athletes -- to motivate students to earn better grades. All students earning a 4.0 GPA receive a free jacket, and despite budget restrictions, officials say they hope to maintain the program.
