Adweek honors JWT as Global Agency of the Year

WPP Group's JWT, for its ability in a down economy to add significant new business in Microsoft's Bing account and gain assignments from other clients, has been named Adweek's top global agency for 2009. The estimated $75 million Bing win, along with new work for clients including Nestle, Shell and Schick, helped boost JWT's billings by 5% to an estimated $2.1 billion.
