Obama to push for alternative energy to address climate change

President Barack Obama in his State of the Union Address on Wednesday is expected to recommend alternative energy as a means to curb the effects of global warming and generate more jobs. But Congress is reluctant to approve a climate-change bill for fear that it would spur energy price increases in an already struggling economy.
