Small shops may fight IRA mandate

President Barack Obama may face opposition from small businesses to his plan to make IRAs mandatory in the workforce, according to a Washington-based trade group. The president has included a mandate for employer-sponsored IRAs as part of a plan designed to help middle-income Americans.
