What to do when there's job discrimination

If you're not getting ahead at work because of discrimination, you might consider talking to your supervisor or filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Laurie Ruettimann writes. Still, "I think it's better to use the company's time [and] resources to find another job," she writes. "... If enough talented people walk away from the company, it will fail."
