Restaurants respond as iced coffee heats up

Restaurant operators are serving iced coffee year-round and adding flavors and brewing techniques to accommodate consumers who drink iced coffee in winter. A poll from Dunkin' Donuts finds 84% of iced-coffee drinkers are consuming more iced coffee this winter than the previous one, and 77% said iced coffee makes them feel more productive at work.
