W.Va. governor to sign tax-incentives bill for ethane facility

West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin is slated to sign a bill that would grant a 25-year tax incentive to any company that spends $2 billion or more on an ethane cracker. The state Senate unanimously passed the measure on Wednesday. "To spur economic development, attracting an ethane steam cracker has been my number one goal and I am so pleased the legislature has sent a clear signal that they are joining me in this effort," Tomblin said in a statement.
