WinWholesale depends greatly on hiring and developing employees who can take on the responsibility of "local presence and local decision making," says CEO and Chairman Rick Schwartz. "We don't have any branch managers as such, like a lot of our competitors do. We have company owners. We say that we've probably created more successful businesspeople than anybody else has in this industry," he says.
