About 50 beverage brands exhibited at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, highlighting a growing trend toward healthful, natural and functional drinks. ITO EN, which markets Teas' Tea, is launching an Acerola Cherry in its Half & Half line of green teas, and Q Drinks is adding citrus flavors to its line of sparkling drinks sweetened with organic cane sugar. Exhibitors also presented their share of indulgent drinks, such as a cold-brew coffee concentrate from Secret Squirrel and a new line of hot chocolates from New York’s The City Bakery.
