Not many signs yet of preparedness funds in nation's hospitals

More than three-quarters of cities surveyed said they expect to receive funds to support their public health departments' efforts to prepare for possible future terror attacks. But three-quarters of the cities also say they haven't gotten any funding for equipment or training that was planned for 2003.
