WPP drops out of Orange/France Telecom review

WPP Group shops United and Young & Rubicam have withdrawn from the review for the Orange/France Telecom pan-European advertising account, possibly due to France Telecom's tough rules on conflicts over rival clients. Other remaining suitors for the account are: Omnicom Group's TBWA\Worldwide, BBDO and DDB; Publicis Groupe; Havas; and Mother, the incumbent advertising agency for the Orange mobile phone brand.
