Fourth-graders to attend nearby middle school to ease overcrowding

Fourth-graders at a Towson, Md.-area school will be moved to a nearby middle school this fall, due to overcrowding. However, officials say the students will start and end their day at the elementary school and take a shuttle bus to the middle school, making them feel like they are still part of their former school community.
