OPEC sticks with plan to cut back oil

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries has shown an unusual level of discipline in halting the falling price of oil by cutting back production, energy analysts said. Output is down by more than 3 million barrels a day, and the price of oil has stabilized in the range of $35 to $45 a barrel, up from $32 in December.
