Dentsu to acquire Innovation Interactive

Dentsu Holdings USA, the U.S.-based unit of Japanese ad holding company Dentsu, will acquire Innovation Interactive, which boasts digital shop 360i among its properties. Dentsu has been in the market for a U.S. digital partner for some time, according to this article. Terms of the deal were not made public.
