Judge: SEC can add charges in Galleon case

The Securities and Exchange Commission can file new charges against Raj Rajaratnam and others involved in the Galleon Group insider trading case, following a ruling by federal Judge Jed S. Rakoff Monday. Rakoff is presiding over the SEC's civil case in Manhattan.
