States explore new rules on recusals

About 10 states have proposed new rules for judges hearing cases that involve their campaign contributors. The push comes after a Supreme Court ruling last year that suggested judges may need to recuse themselves in such cases. A bigger push could follow last week's Supreme Court ruling lifting campaign contribution limits placed on big corporations.
