Lobbyists expressed mixed reactions to President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech, with banking industry leaders in particular taking issue with a plan by Obama to charge a fee to financial institutions to help offset the costs of a mortgage-refinancing program. "It just reiterated what we've known for a while: The president does not like banks," CBA President Richard Hunt said.
