Profits grow at Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics

Sales of military equipment, information technology and business jets boosted profits at General Dynamics 20% to $336 million in the fourth quarter. The company said demand for business jets remains strong, and it expects solid demand for weapons and technology to continue. Robust electronics sales also lifted Lockheed Martin's fourth-quarter profit 8% to $372 million.
