Condos in Austin tower to include sustainable features

A building that will become the tallest tower in Austin, Texas, is about halfway completed. Dubbed the Austonian and designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, the building will include 188 condominiums with sustainable features, such as Energy Star appliances, low-flow shower heads and sensors that keep lights on only when needed. Each unit will include touch-screen climate, lighting, media and security controls.
