Experts: Stressed working moms need boundaries, self-care

Working mothers often become stressed out because they fail to take care of themselves, according to Oklahoma City psychologist Ellie Lottinville and Susanne Blake, author of "Ten Commitments for Women." The two advise women to set time aside to nurture themselves, spend time with female friends and set boundaries at work. Blake says she has a sign above her desk that reads: "I have the ability to say 'no' and I am not responsible for the other person's reaction."
