Insiders suggest targeting baby boomers, families, past clients

Panelist at a recent travel industry event suggest that travel providers should focus on baby boomers, families and previous clients. "The groups I want to focus on are families and multigenerational travelers," said Vicki Freed, senior vice president at Royal Caribbean International. Freed also said that baby boomers continue to be a great market. "They still have the time, and they still have the fixed income."
