In the advertising race, the snail(mail) takes the lead: While the flagging economy has caused some small businesses to curb their direct-mail campaigns in favor of e-mail marketing, two-thirds of BBB TrustBrief readers have always used direct mail or have switched back to it after trying e-mail outreach.
