Target promotes sustainability with salmon standards

Target's Archer Farms and Market Pantry brands, as well as national brands that are sold in its stores, will include only wild-caught salmon. The decision to stop sales of farm-raised salmon will guarantee that the fish is "sourced in a sustainable way that helps to preserve abundance, species health and doesn't harm local habitats," said the company.
