Pinnacle Airlines defers $16.6 million in debt payments

Pinnacle Airlines secured an agreement to defer $16.6 million in payments on its debt. The carrier based in Memphis, Tenn., will defer payments on Bombardier aircraft that had been due in the first quarter until April 2. Pinnacle spokesman Joe Williams said the deferment helps "get us closer to our goal of improving liquidity and profitability."
